At least 3 years of relevant administrative work experience in air and sea freight
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and written
Drivers license and own transport (Advantage)
Computer experience required: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet
Cargowise experience (advantageous)
Responsibilities:
Check, book and process invoices
Manage debtors and if necessary, call customers if payments are not made on time
Manage the creditors, including contact maintenance and make payments
Coordinate, control and assist in the various internal quality processes
Provide support in the absence of your colleagues
Automation and process improvements
